Manston Court Accommodations is made up of 3 self-catering holiday properties.
Well Cottage is a one bedroom, self-contained cottage all on one level. It has a sofa bed and can sleep up to 4 guests. The cottage is bright and airy and has an ensuite. The kitchen / sitting room / dining area is all open plan and surprisingly spacious.
Annie's Cottage is also a one bedroom cottage but over 2 levels. It too has a sofa bed and also a portable bed that can be placed in the bedroom for a child, so the cottage could sleep up to 4 adults and one child. It is also fully self-contained. It has a separate kitchen and the bathroom is on the ground floor in between the sitting room and the upstairs bedroom, so if anyone needed to use it in the night, they wouldn't need to disturb the guests sleeping in the other room. The cottage has beams, flint walls and an Inglenook fire place and has lots of character.
The Chapel is a large 3 bedroom house that can sleep up to 13 guests comfortably. The 40 foot sitting room has a full size American pool table, and 4, three seater sofas, and is large enough to be able to accommodate all guests in the same room to socialise and have fun. There is an open plan kitchen on the first floor with an extendable oak table able to seat up to 12 guests, and there is an additional breakfast bar able to seat 3 guests. Each bedroom has its own ensuite, and there is an additional toilet in the utility room off of the kitchen. (You can't have too many bathrooms or toilets!) The master bedroom has a 4 poster bed and also a sofa bed for additional guests. Both top floor bedrooms have 6 foot zip and link beds which can remain as a large bed, or be divided into single beds. There are also 3 portable beds for additional guests, and also a sofa bed in the sitting room.
The Chapel has its own private garden area, and there is guaranteed free, off street parking for several cars very close to all of the properties.
Some guests have hired all 3 properties for a family/ friend celebration or special holiday. All 3 properties together can sleep up to 22 guests.
