Listing Description

Reference 1429 Bath : Home to a family with 4 children in the 6-14 age group,  looking to house swap in school holidays.

This 1930's end terrace town house is on a street between two main roads. It's in the centre of Odd Down, a friendly neighbourhood on the south west edge of the City of Bath.

A variety of shops & eating places are within 5 – 10 minutes walk, and there is a good bus service into the city and local area. Bath needs little introduction as a thriving & cultural city, with so much to do & see for the holiday-maker of all ages.

The garden is entirely enclosed with a low wire fence. It's mostly laid to lawn which is great for children to enjoy for cricket/football/tennis etc. There is also a netted trampoline, climbing frame, & playhouse; and all ages will be pleased to find swing ball, table tennis, cricket/football equipment.

The family are part of Emmanuel Church, Bath. This is an independent fellowship about 6 years old and they meet in a community centre close to the house. There are many young families, reaching out well into the community.
