This is a wonderful location! The house is out in the country, but only 10 minutes drive from a variety of stores &restaurants, the ocean (great beaches) and redwood forests! There is a bus line near the house, but it's best to have a car to enjoy the whole area which is very beautiful, and many tourists come here. This is a large house, but the two floors are separate living areas. The first floor is the area to be used in the swap, and as seen in the photo, this is accessed by an outside staircase. I f stairs are a problem, there is also an elevator that is accessed in the garage. Th e accommodation comprises an open floor plan which includes a very large living room with a big balcony overlooking redwood trees and there is a grand piano in this room. There's no garden, but they are very close to lovely parks, shops and a nice walkway. They meet for about an hour with the aim of helping each other move forward in knowing and serving the Lord Jesus Christ.
