The family town of Gières has all the facilities at walking distance, and a very French village vibe about it! It’s very peaceful, in a nice neighbourhood, situated between the city (only a 15 minutes bus ride from Grenoble city center) & the countryside, with lots of walks or hikes to do from the house. It’s also close to the river, and being surrounded by mountains, offers stunning views of the majestic Alps. This is an altogether wonderful French location to holiday! This semi-detached house was built 25 years ago and is very 'child-friendly. There are downstairs & upstairs toilets with a shower & bathtub in the bathroom .
